A large-scale digital database of demand at the ground level for all sectors provide direct understanding of the real public need. We survey through various NGOs and independent surveyors. We work at the inaccessible regions, such as North East India. Since we work at inaccessible regions of low and middle income countries, accessible metropolitan cities, suburbons, and villages are not difficult for COARSES to obtain data.

A network of global scientists in all fields are connected to address the Demand Database. We work with problems, like cerebral palsy, honey bee viral infections, health and safety of handloomers, maternity health, climate change, rapid response, extreme enviromental recovery etc. Scientific thinking not only solves the problem but also added bonus to create revenue or profit.

A sustainable funding platform for the living-lab is an essential to fullfill the needs to start and maintain the database. We have an active program of fund raising from impact funding. We also develop for-profit startups and licence IPs generated from the scientific thinking implemented on the demand database.
